Francesco Banchini is a global educator, speaker, and author dedicated to innovation in international schools. Currently he serves as CEO & Director of the European Azerbaijan School (EAS), where he drives educational innovation and community engagement. Under his leadership EAS earned accreditation from the Council of International Schools (CIS), reflecting its commitment to excellence. Francesco is also the Founder and Chairman of the Caucasus & Central Asia Association of IB World Schools (CCAAIBWS), and sits on the Board of Trustees of the Council of International Schools (CIS). He is known for implementing new ideas in schools worldwide and has been recognized for his efforts to promote collaboration and best practices in IB education.
